Service Description

Richard Barlow is an actor and award winning writer, producer, and filmmaker. He is located in Sudbury, ON. In 2023, Richard founded Low Bar Productions which focuses on creating quality homegrown content from Northern Ontario. Since it's inception, Low Bar Productions has produced multiple projects from music videos to award winning short films. Richard hopes that with Low Bar, he is able to create a home for emerging northern talent to learn and grow.
